A Texas-style sauce with a hint of spice. This sauce provides you with the finish you need, absent a spicy or a sweet finish. This sauce is used as the base in most Ernie’s Backyard BBQ menu items.
A sweet and smoky KC-style sauce. Finishes your meal with a nice sweet and smoky flavor and can be used as a finishing mop option on ribs.
Just as the name implies, this BBQ sauce combines the sweetness of honey while combining the spice of jalapeno peppers. A great sauce to add to any chicken item.
A Ketchup and Mustard-based sauce that provides the tangy flavor accustomed to Carolina-style BBQ. It's a great addition to pulled pork sandwiches.
A Mustard-based South Carolina BBQ sauce. A small spice is added for a surprising, unique flavor on pork or beef.
